A wrap-around labelling machine is a labelling machine designed to apply a self-adhesive label around the circumference of a round or cylindrical product. The label wraps-around the product surface to provide consistent and accurate positioning.

Wrap-around labelling machines are commonly used for products such as round bottles, jars, cans, tubes and cylindrical containers in industries such as food and beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, chemicals and other manufacturing applications.

During operation, the machine dispenses the label from a label roll and applies it onto the product when the product rotates or is controlled through the labelling mechanism after detected by a product sensor. This allows the label to be positioned accurately around the product.

A wrap-around labelling machine can be configured according to product diameter, product height, label dimensions, required labelling position and production speed. The additional features such as product separator, coding or printing systems can be integrated as well according to specified requirements.
